We thank all those who have helped us change the lives of children and adults through their donations.
Many individuals living with HIV/AIDS are left in the care of family members who have not been properly trained on how to safely deal with their needs. These individuals do not have the basic knowledge needed to avoid spreading the disease or to handle the stigma and fear that surround families of people living with HIV/AIDS.
We work with close relatives and other extended family members by informing and educating them on the basics of managing the terminal conditions, hospice, and safety measures to avoid further spread of the disease. We make provisions for the care for those dying with the condition and family members. We also train local mentors to become positive role models in the lives of children.
Training family members how to properly care for victims
Train mentors to give personal attention to those affected
Providing hospice to the patients and their families
Create opportunities for AIDS widows and orphans
Provide training on survival strategies to rural women
